Who We Are

The Bronte Village Residents Association (BVRA) is a non-profit Resident's Association whose purpose is threefold:

1 -To represent the views of its membership in respecting the history of Bronte and preserving its character, charm and uniqueness for the future

2 – Foster a continued community spirit for Bronte and Oakville .

3 – Challenge development that threatens the unique character and charm of the Bronte community and its Waterfront.

The BVRA is presently involved in Shell House Lands , the Bronte Quadrangle, and numerous other local developments; as a Residents' Association duly registered with the Town, we are automatically kept advised of new developments received by the Town. We also have representatives on Community Advisory Committee to Petro-Canada, as well other Bronte advisory councils. We also keep an open dialogue with our councilors and Mayor.

Our current membership includes many families from across Bronte and we are always looking for new members. An annual membership is only $20 per household. For membership information the membership link or contact Dale Walden at 905-465-0930.
